How secure are my emails with Wareed? +
Wareed is GDPR-compliant and hosts exclusively in the EU. All data is transmitted encrypted. You get a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and stay in full control at all times. We use your data only for your service — never shared to train AI models.
Where is my data stored? Local or cloud? +

You choose — depending on the tier:

Starter & Growth (Cloud): Your data lives encrypted in German data centers (Hetzner, Frankfurt). GDPR-compliant, with DPA, EU-only. Never outside the EU, never used to train third-party models.

Enterprise (On-premise / Local): Wareed runs entirely on your own server or in your private cloud. We see and store nothing on our side. Maximum control, perfect for banks, clinics and public agencies.

Either way: your data belongs to you. Period.

Can Wareed create reservations on its own? +
Wareed does not create reservations on its own — that's intentional. Instead, it checks availability in your PMS (Mews, Apaleo, Protel, Sihot and others) and prepares a reply with concrete dates + a 1-click booking link. You or your front desk approves, then it's booked. Same with Calendly (meeting suggestion), Stripe (invoice link), Shopify (order change). Available from the Growth plan, with custom integrations on the Enterprise tier.
What happens if the AI gives a wrong answer? +
Wareed scores every reply itself with a Confidence Score. Only at 90 %+ confidence does it auto-send. Between 70–89 % the answer lands as a draft for review. Below 70 % it's escalated directly. You're always in control.
How long does setup take? +
Technical connection to your inbox: 24 hours. Onboarding with your SOPs and email history: 2–3 days. After that, Wareed runs in Shadow Mode for 1–2 weeks before going live. First real replies: in about a week.
Does Wareed work with Outlook and Microsoft 365? +
Yes. Wareed supports Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365 via the official APIs. Whichever system you use — setup takes the same amount of time.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. No minimum term, no notice periods. Cancel monthly to the end of the billing cycle. We delete your data completely within 30 days.
What does a pilot project cost? +
