Data Processing Agreement
Since Wareed processes emails on behalf of business customers, we conclude a DPA pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with every business customer.
⚠️ This is a translation for convenience. The legally binding version is the German original.
Status
Wareed is currently in the beta program. The final DPA contract text will be published with the official product launch and will then be available for download.
Already guaranteed today
- Hosting in the EU or under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
- No use of your data for training third-party AI models
- Complete listing of all subprocessors used
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with US subprocessors
Subprocessors used (preliminary)
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — Hosting / CDN. DPF-certified, SCCs in place.
- Anthropic, PBC (USA) — AI model for response generation. DPF-certified. Per their Commercial Terms, Anthropic does not use API content for training.
The final list including locations, functions and contractual status will be documented at launch.
